The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The customer service here is excellent. They provide amenities which are useful and good quality. "A nice and cozy hotel/apartment style room. I booked for a family of 4 for 2 nights and I'm glad we decided to not bring our 2 big suitcases with us. The room would've been very tight with large suitcases in the room. We did overnight backpack bags instead. The room itself was overall clean but we did notice stains on the couch and had to give it a good wipe down ourselves. The hotel is close to train stations and grocery stores. Overall, a good hotel!"

Unfortunately it made the hotel come off as older and cheaper and although it’s an amazing hotel the theme just didn’t land for us.
