"I like how that the check-in/check-out, elevator and room entry were all by entering codes. No hassle of carrying any keys or cards for the room. The location was very convenient and perfect location close to major cities. There were a lot of dining options in the neighborhood a well and the room was kept clean and tidy when requested."

"The staff were accommodating with my needs for the post office and mailing a letter. It was nice to come back to a room that was freshly made up. I didn’t have any problems with the staff, they were friendly and helpful whenever I asked for help. I did notice that the furniture looks used and worn in, but there’s nothing wrong with that. I only wish that the hallway to my room was heated and indoor. "

They tried hard to help us with our luggage transport which was our fault (lesson learned: don’t bring huge luggages when on vacation). We wish we stayed a bit longer with them. "We had a fantastic experience staying at the Grand Nikko during our Tokyo Disney trip! The staff were very available and friendly. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of a trip. Best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had with plenty of options. It fuelled us for the long park days. The location of the Nikko was very convenient. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Only note we have is that the bathrooms could really use an update. We would definitely stay here again though! Would recommend. "

"Very friend staff! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. The location was very convenient -- right across the street from Bayside Station. We tried the takeout dinners from the Terrace Cafe (available after 18:00) and they were very tasty and convenient. We also made good use of the convenience store located next to the lobby. I would definitely stay at Hotel Okura again the next time we visit Tokyo Disney!"
