"Really convenient location, right beside nishikai station , you do not even have to walk 30 seconds before you reach a Convenience store, the station and multiple food spots that are delicious. Highly recommend , especially if you are cigarette smoker, the rooms are unbelievably clean and smell little like smoke, even when i smoked a cigarette in the room with the window closed , somehow it didnt smell much nor did it affect me later on. This is amazing in comparison to certain hotels in Niagara falls that are partnered with casinos, those rooms smell like they were never cleaned nor renovated. This smoking room was huge, i had space to open 2 large suitcases and walk around! I had a large desk for a laptop and notebook to fit on AND i could eat food at the same desk compared to the average corporate apa hotel which has much smaller Square footage even for their double or twin bed rooms! If you are a business man and are tired of looking for smoking areas, just relax here you will be taken care of. "

"From start to finish our experience was fantastic. Only criticism is that the pool closes really early in our opinion - 8pm. Other than that it's a great resort hotel with good facilities and offers amazing guest services. We only stayed for one day before moving on to our Disney vacation package stay but this would have been a good base for a longer stay if visiting Disney. Getting into Tokyo was still also easy by train but due to the size of the city and where you are located it can involve multiple changes and take well over an hour. Prior to our arrival they kindly accepted delivery of our pocket Wi-Fi so it was available to us on day of arrival. It was too early for us to go into our room but they checked us in, gave us the keys and looked after our bags. By the time we got back to our room the bags were there waiting for us. The rooms were very spacious if starting to look a bit worn around the edges. The beds were very comfortable and just what was needed after a long flight and due to an early morning arrival and with the time difference from London - a very extended day. Love how in Japanese Hotels proving pyjamas, tooth brushes and other amenities is standard and is what you can expect here too. We had a lovely balcony room overlooking Tokyo Bay and was able to watch the sunset behind Mt. Fuji. Their bathroom is also a wet room style with shower and bath with a separate. Ideal for families. There's an onsite shop which closes at 2300hrs where you can get snacks a"
