"The room was very nice, we felt like we were in a palace. We stayed for 2 nights. Although we hung a card, it was not cleaned. Apart from that, everything was very nice. The breakfast was also very nice and delicious. The girls at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable."

"Very cosy alpine ski hotel. We had superior room It was very spacious and we had lovely view of the starry night sky from our balcony. The staff were really friendly but a few couldn’t speak to us as we don’t know German. So we did get ignored for breakfast order the final two mornings. Other than than breakfast was great! One other issue is no tea/coffee facilities in room so ended up being charged for tea every evening. "

"The hotel room was very nice and comfortable. Don’t be alarmed when you checkin and you’re directed across a small intersection to the building where the hotel rooms reside. I liked the convenience of transportation where, across the same small intersection, you can access bus routes that will take you easily to Salzburg. I really enjoyed the hotel, where back in the main building, there is a restaurant with great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is not much to do around the area so traveling...
