"The Hotel Calimala is certainly a "boutique hotel"! My wife was in awe with the room and the view of Florence. The hotel is located in the perfect walking location to everything you will want to see in Florence and is filled with the most helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay, our room, and the kindness and helpfulness of all of the Hotel Calimala personnel!! "Lovely stay overall, the staff was excellent, breakfast options were plenty. Awesome location within walking distance of major sights and the central market was around the corner. Our bathroom set up wasn't ideal, with only a rainfall showerhead and a very low sink with a faucet that made it difficult to wash my face at night, but they did provide washcloths, which was great. I'd stay at this property again. "
