The space
This two bedroom apartment is within walking distance of all amenities, bars and restaurants. There is also a separate games room with full size pub style pool table, ping pong table and dart board for guests use! It features a private 130 square metre roof terrace (which gets the sun all day) with loungers, furniture, bbq, fire pit and amazing panoramic views of the town! Equipped with a modern kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc) and everything you could need! Tea and coffee are provided as well. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and there is also a separate area with dining table. There is a 50 inch smart tv including subscriptions to Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. The bathroom features a huge walk in shower, towels are provided along with toiletries and a hair dryer. Both bedrooms have double beds and ceiling fans, spare bed linen is provided for longer stays etc.


 NEW FROM AUGUST 2023: An amount of 5 euros will be refunded to guests who take their waste (glass, recyclables and general waste) with them on departure. Please send me a message confirming you have done this when leaving and the refund will be issued immediately.
