"Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, place has more old-fashioned decor but in good shape. Great location, has valet parking but also several parking garages right next door that we used. Only disappointment was the pool - thought it was a hot tub when we looked at pictures but it's just a tiny swimming pool!"

"The bellman immediately helped me locate the elevator to go to the 10th floor where check-in is, and he also helped with directions to the metro to get to old port. The staff at check-in was friendly and helpful, too, and gave us a room close to the pool since we planned to swim. The hotel has a great location next to many great restaurants and transportation. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were fun for our whole family even when it ended up snowing! We absolutely loved this hotel and would love to stay here again."

"Located right in downtown Montreal within walking distance to Old Town, Chinatown etc. we got the suite. A little dated (i.e. white appliances) but all maintained in working order. Feels like home. Parking is tricky if you don't pay the $35 daily fee (i.e if it snows, it's definitely worth it!) but you can find street parking nearby, just watch for the restricted time posted on the sign and you should be fine. Download the street parking app so it's easier to feed the meter. There's 15 mins free hotel parking right up front of the hotel for check-ins. Overall great value for the price. Staff is friendly."
