"Walking distance from the Grand Montets lift and into village centre. Well appointed chalet with spacious rooms and lots of storage. We had a day when the lifts were shut but the chalet was a good place to be and even had a good stock of games, dvds and books. Nice boulangerie up the road. Nicolas is a great host with clear and timely communications and lots of helpful information- thank you Nicolas!"

Seuls petits bémols : impossibilité de faire du feu dans la cheminée (c'est un peu frustrant) ; qualité de la literie (elle n'est pas terrible.... vu le prix de la location, on pourrait s'attendre à une plus grande qualité) ; pas de place de parking disponible (elle n'était pas déneigée : à la place, il y a avait une congère de pus d'1m de haut... on a été obligés de se garer au parking un peu plus loin, ce n'est pas tragique mais pas très...

"Cute and cozy suite in a beautiful setting. Our windows gave on the back side with the traffic of a road. Ok if it is not summer and you need to leave the windows open for cool air at night. One roll of toilet paper even if staying 6 nights. Had to demand for a second which they don’t usually do. "

"You cannot go wrong staying at this property. Fabien will treat you right and you are both in the heart of chamonix and just outside the crowds in downtown chamonix. Walk 5 mins to everything but hear the birds in the morning as you open your balcony windows to an unobstructed view of Mont Blanc. Fabien thank you for taking such good care of us! Bravo!!"
