"The hotel and my room in general was acceptable and the location was great. HOWEVER, the carpet in the room was so worn out and it smelled like people/pet peed on it. It felt awful when I stepped on it barefoot!! I would have given the hotel 3.3 to 4 stars if it were not for the carpet! Disappointing!"

"This is a small hotel. We are non smoker but due to this hotel has the anime love live theme, my son wanted to stay here and there is no more room so we took the smoking room. The smell of the cigarettes are very strong so i dont like it. Staff are friendly but they cannot speak English. They try their best to use phone to translate. Its a nice hotel, just i dont like the tobacco smell. "

"This particular hotel is for people that are mainly self sufficient I wouldn't suggests it if you cannot mentally operate independent of being accompanied. the local area is amazing I'm a small town kinda guy theirs a brewery if you have the time and walk you'll hit the coast for a really good breeze. The hotel itself Is quiet and staff as well as other guests are nice. But I'd recommend this hotel if your a foreigner that can operate off your own mental agenda with little to no assistance...

"At first I wasn't sure about this property being so far away from Mount Fuji (the reason we were in the area) however, we got there and the hotel is beautiful and the staff was very nice to us. "Beautiful property right on the lake. We booked a lake view room which I recommend. We were on the top floor and loved our view but I’m sure all rooms are similar. The area has restaurants near by, the pier is 5 mins away where you can hop on the boats to tour the lake and also go up on the cable car. There is also the largest souvenir store right next door. We received a welcome drink at the bar and are reservation also included breakfast which was nice. We definitely would recommend...
