"WOW. Wow. Wow. A 5-star rating is simply not enough. The hotel grounds are quiet, beautifully landscaped, and serene, and the care the staff pour into their guests is simply unmatched. We felt appreciated and cared for from the moment we arrived at the lobby to check in til the moment we reluctantly had to check out. CHOM, the guest relations manager, is a pleasure to communicate with and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for the best possible stay. And it really couldn't have been better. She even helped coordinate the retrieval of a bag I left behind on a tour the night before leaving Phuket, so that I could have it in time for my flight the next morning. She didn't have to do this, but she did. And that's what makes Chom and the whole team at The Pavillions so special. The villas are wonderful, but it's this care and attention that makes the guest experience so memorable. I wish I remembered the names of everyone on the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with so that I could celebrate them here; Ploy and Florence were always kind and responsive whenever we called the front desk, Molly & Sauw's massages, O.M.G., and everyone that came to our villa to either pick us up or deliver bottles of water, pillows, or room service was thoughtful and respectful. There isn't a day that's passed since we left that we haven't wished we were still there. No matter what vacation experience you're looking for, I can guarantee you'll find it here."

"It has a private beach and is a small resort. Maybe up to 12 people in the Andamen sea at any given time but by ourselves at times too. Beautiful resort - a little dated but the beach, private pool and views were stunning. Limited food selection, but food has been amazing. Breakfast is included and has a good variety. They make fresh eggs/omelets at your request. Just north is a small town within reasonable walking distance with cute shops and restaurants. Wiwan’s restaurant was classy and had great food. There were also a couple restaurants on the beach. "

"This was the best service provided by all but mostly Naded at the concierge desk. She booked all of our dinners, tours, taxis. The resort had wonderful food. We loved the Dara Thai restaurant (female chef) with star gazing afterwards and breakfast was included. They had nightly events at dinner, a garden (please tour) and the wellness center was fantastic. "
