"A 1 night stay for work reasons. The pub and food are excellent with a good selection at a reasonable price. My room was comfortable but very cold due to the old leaking sash windows. All in all for the price it's ok for a 1 night stay. "

Point of reference: if arriving after dark, park in Asda car park as close to The Prince of Wales as possible. "Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice, including veggie and vegan options. The room itself was a bit "tired" looking and the same goes for the bathroom - both could do with a bit of a makeover. But the bed was large, clean and comfortable and i had everything i needed for two nights."

"Arrived early but early check in was £15 so we just left the bags with them and went out. Request for a room with a bath was met, which was wonderful. Toilet was seperste to bathroom which was strange but both were clean and the bed comfortable."

Brilliant place

"The place was beautiful the grounds were stunning especially at night time when it was lit up food was spot on there was plenty of places to relax even a snooker table the room was perfect only issue i had was i think the bathroom needed a bit more light apart from that i would 100000% go again "

Location, location, location

"It's location right outside the airport makes it the ideal choice when departing early or arriving late. The online check-in meant that I literally just picked up my key at reception and was in my room within 5mins of leaving the airport building. Very clean and comfortable and will definitely use again."
