"We stayed here in hopes of seeing Mt. Fuji and got the best view. We enjoyed a relaxing day of rain, but woke to sun and a great view. The property is clean and staff freinsly. It was a birthday trip and they noticed it on my passport and created a sign and gift. Should’ve read the details on the website to bring food in, but they were willing to help. Will for sure stay if ever in the area again. "

"Amazing hotel and perfect location right in the city centre. Room was spacious and comfortable. My back has been aching recently but the mattress in my room was very good and of just right level of stiffness so my back felt rested.
