"The hotel was beautiful. The property was well maintained. Everything you needed was available. If there was any area for improvement, it was at check-in, which took much longer than I expected, and our request to have rooms close to people we were travelling with was not accommodated even remotely. Not only where our room’s not close they weren’t even in the same towers. That was very disappointing."

"This is the perfect place for anyone seeking a relaxing, peaceful, safe and beautiful vacation. This property is perfect for families with young kids, and particularly toddlers and preschool/kindergarten age. The beach is calm, shallow and has warm water. You can wake early and have the gorgeous beach to yourself, and find seashells and crabs. The staff are all so friendly and clearly love children. Everyone knew my kids’ names by the time we left. The amenities are simple, but you have everything you need for a relaxing vacation with a true Bahamas vibe. The staff is very helpful and will arrange whatever activities you want to do, and will arrange transport as well. "

"Absolutely amazing, you have the beach right outside the room, the food is great, the service is great, Ubers/Taxis are always ready in front the hotel but you can also take the bus for only $1.50. The staff is super helpul. The hotel is a bit old but still good conditions and amenities "
