"The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. They moved us from our original room to a room with a better view at no extra charge. The amenities offered were fabulous. It was super fun to be able to enjoy ice cream and cookies in the lobby while visiting with other guests and the hotel staff. "Great location on the beach with amazing views of Haystack Rock. Staff was incredible and easy walk to local coffee and store. A little longer walk to downtown and easier via beach, or you can climb the road for a more intense walk. The only reason for 4 stars is the ability to clearly hear everything from the room below. Although, not a noisy place and sounds of the surf are nice. "

"The cottages were lovely however there was nobody to check us in when we arrived. The cottages are located just of the main street which make them idea for walikng to the beach &. Bars. Manzanita was beautiful and we were very lucky to have sunshine all the while we were there. We would have liked a late check out but could not find anyone as the reception area seems to be attended at specific times only."
