"It is pretty basic, but equiped with all necessities and nicely put together. A cozy cabin with a lot of history. No street noise, no neighbor noise! Just woods, fields and creeks and all their critters. Good place to write, read and rest. No screens. Best for a small family, close friends or a couple. Not much privacy amongst the guests, but very private from the rest of the world! My husband and I loved it and hope to return!"

"My husband and I stayed here for the night to break up our long trip to Avon from NJ. It was a great location and the hosts were very accommodating! It was close to the Wright Brothers Museum, which is definitely worth visiting. It was a beautiful neighborhood, and their dock was very peaceful at night to hang out with a cocktail. 🤗"

"Colette was very friendly and accommodating. Her home and property is gorgeous and very well stocked. We spent 3 nights. 1 day we explored Chincoteague by bike and the second day we explored Cape Charles. We should have stayed longer to kayak and explore the creeks, bay and barrier islands.
