"Everyone who works here is super nice and competent at their jobs. The sauna is not the biggest but works well. The breakfast buffet has lots of delicious fresh options and the dining room is massive. The bar is small but has a live piano player and very good staff. When you scan your room key card in the elevator it automatically selects your floor so you don’t even have to press the button. Very comfortable mattress. Room service burger was pretty decent, and waiter who brought it very kind and courteous. No shower curtain just a half glass door, but I’m learning that’s pretty common for Germany. All around beautiful opulent place, tiny bit dated but excellent nonetheless. Would recommend highly. "
