Extremely dirty, no working heat - we were freezing the whole stay, and no breakfast available, though listing states “continental breakfast”. They passed us brown paper bags with an apple and granola bar inside, which they pulled out of a boiler room.

The hotel was at a convenient area not far from the station so I loved that, but besides that I couldn’t rate it any higher. The customer service was pretty well no problems, but when first coming to the hotel to get ready I noticed the toilet wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and left with residue and the heating was a huge issue, even after a few hours it continued to stay freezing and barely got through the night with the light blankets.
