It's very nicely located near Broadway/Times Square. Very walkable. One of the elevators and our hallway smelled horrible when we arrived- like a combo of urine and fish, but the smell did not go into our rooms and was gone by the time we came back in the evening. The beds had a thin comforter (comforter is too generous) and sheet on them, so we had to get up in the middle of the night to turn up the heat in December. But the rooms were clean. For $400/night PLUS property fees, not sure I would stay here again.

The Belvedere Hotel is located near many excellent dining options in New York City and within walking distance of Times Square. I recommend that the management train their front desk staff to ensure a kinder treatment of guests. While my overall experience was not too bad, I felt uncomfortable with how the lady who assisted us during check-in treated us. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location.

The elevators were enough to not enjoy the stay they are old and not enough of them. Every trip took at least 10 mins waiting. Semi clean - staff was friendly. Room was fine - location was excellent.

Hotel was clean and location was good. Our room was spacious and we had a great view. However, pillows were awful and bed was too soft. Elevators were also very slow and small. Free coffee in the morning was pretty good. Overall, not bad for the price.

Horrible elevators and roaches in the room. There are 4 elevators but they are so small and always packed. If you need the elevator be prepared to leave your room about 15-20 mins earlier just to get downstairs. Beds were ok, not the most comfortable but not horrible. When booking with Expedia, I booked a superior QUEEN room. Which was supposed to be 2 Queen beds, we found out the morning of, that the beds are only full sized. We had conjoining rooms with our kids and my kids found roaches in their room at about 3am the 2nd night of our stay. So nasty!

Outdated room, no water bottles, and hot water didn't run in the sink unless I turned on the shower faucet (but not the shower head). Also did not appreciate being told I had to call down at 7am the day of checkout to request a one-hour late checkout.

We stayed 4 nights during Christmas season in the Superior King. Our room was clean and in great working order. The staff was very nice. Michael at the front desk was very kind and gave us great restaurant suggestions and housekeeping brought us extra pillows. The bellhop held our luggage and even had a car waiting for us when we told him what time we needed to get to the airport after lunch. The location was close to the theater area and made walking back very convenient. Would stay here again!
