Staff, website, and email/texts weren't forthcoming with information. I checked in online before getting there, and was given room info, but no details on how to enter or what to do when I got there.
They have a video doorbell to connect with a front desk (of sorts). They confirmed that I had checked in but ended the call without telling me how to get in.
All the doors to the room areas areas and restrooms were covered behind curtains, and the signage (laminated 8.5x11 sheets) wasn't very noticeable, especially at night and there wasn't anyone to explain what to do or where to go and talking isn't encouraged.
The bathroom(s?) were terrible. For a floor of 50 rooms there was one, small toilet stall. It smelled from the fumes coming up from the shower drains. There was always a few centimeters of water on the floor from the showers. The knobs on everything were loose.
The rooms all have thin walls and open ceilings so noise and light travel easily. The mattress is covered, but no sheets otherwise. There was a small blanket and at least a pillowcase on the pillow. The beds are small, but I'm short enough that that wasn't an issue. The mattress itself seemed fine. The room itself was clean, thankfully. The door lock didn't inspire much trust. The lounge area looks nice.
The location was good and there is easy metro access; that's the best thing. No real information was given about check-out either. There might be a roof deck? I noticed a flyer after checking out.
