"Depressed neighborhood. Needs better lighting!"

"The hotel is a bit outdated, but I was aware of this when I booked. That said, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. The layout of the breakfast area was a bit frustrating—it felt a little disorganized. However, the offerings were great: make-your-own waffles, fruit, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee, and tea. It was the perfect breakfast for us. There do seem to be some long-term residents at the hotel, but they didn’t bother us at all."

"The location being close to the QEW at Ontario St. makes it inherently noisy. The hotel was under renovations, the room had a new shower and bathroom fixtures. Unfortunately and top hinge of the bathroom door was lose from the frame. The bed was soft and sagging in the middle. The TV remote didn't control volume. Fridge worked well. Some of the lights seem to have a flicker. Bedding and room were clean."

"We could hear slot of noise from the hallway. Other then that - the room was very nice."

"Comfortable room and spacious. The cheese and champagne was a nice surprise. Really enjoyed the tub jacuzzi after a long flight. No variety on pillows. All 4 pillows were too fluffy."

"The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely great. I don’t remember his name though. When we checked in they gave us a room way down the hall away from the elevators. I explained that I had a knee replacement and they moved us up closer, which was fabulous."
