They made our daughter just through comments and service feel like she was going into a resort. It was wonderful. Thank you for such a beautiful stay. We will definitely come back again. "

"What a lovely hotel. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a Juliet balcony Fallsview room on the 17th fall. The view off the falls was amazing. We stayed the week before Christmas and everything was very festive. Lovely clean hotel. Looks recently renovated. Room was very big and warm with sofa and fireplace. Comfy bed and pillows. The hotel has a Starbucks, hard rock and handy gift shop. Really close to everything. And right next to Clifton hill. We used the undercover car park which was really handy and reasonable in price."
