"Great stay with my son for his birthday. Really nice vibe and feel to the hotel. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. The staff is phenomenal. They went out of their way to put together a bag of birthday treats for my son including a hand written card and spiderman balloon. A great surprise for him. The cafe is underwhelming, but there are good food options nearby with a Starbucks and Dunkin on each side of the hotel. Would certainly stay again."

"We were coming into the city for a special trip to the American Girl store. The Hilton was a perfect location! Close to many dining options, easy to navigate to and from Grand Central. The staff was helpful and kind. "

"Room was good, clean, and felt updated. There is no ground level lobby, so you have to take an elevator up a few floors just to get to the lobby and then another elevator to get to your room floor."

"Good cheap place when staying in NYC"

"Stayed at the Sheraton Times Square New York for 3 nights and had an amazing weekend! The staff were super helpful especially the concierge and our room was nice. The only thing I would change, is the charge that they charge you to hold your bags. On the day we checked out, our flight didn’t leave until 7:30, so we had a full day to explore. Had to check our bags and were charged $6 apiece to store them while we were out. I just feel like a hotel this large and well known, could afford to offer this as an amenity to their guests. Overall, we had a great trip and this hotel was a perfect location for our stay! "
