"We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for the national FFA conference and it is located near everything that was important to us. The house was clean and well organized. Although it is a small thing, the owners had a couple of fans for us to use (if you don’t sleep with a fan, you won’t understand). The owners quickly communicated when needed. We plan to stay here again in 3 years when my daughter hopes to receive her American FFA degree. "

"We had a wonderful visit in downtown Noblesville. There were two adults, best friends taking a day away to do some shopping. The pull out couch and bed accommodated the two of us perfectly. The house was very clean and the perfect place to stay for a night. It’s a great location if you are visiting downtown, within walking distance of good food and fun shopping. We specifically enjoyed visiting the Chapter Book Lounge which is a large reason for our visit. Only advice for future stays would be...

"This was our fourth year attending the Big Ten Championship game and wished we found this place sooner. The property was perfect for a couple or two, and the location was great walking distance to everything. "

"We were staying in the area to attend the Christkindlmarkt (Christmas market) in nearby Carmel. There were 6 of us, and we had plenty of space. Bedrooms were very comfy, large, open kitchen/living area served us well. We had all we needed, and more. The host, Kim, was very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again, and have no reservations about recommending to others. "
