"Indy Favorite! We stayed here twice in a month during travel in the area. It has cool decor, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Wonderful bath products. In a nice area with plenty of walkable dining options. There were loud noises above us in the afternoon and when I inquired they happily and swiftly moved us to another room. No other issues and that was hardly worth mentioning excpet to stress their incredible customer service. Employees very nice and welcoming."

"We’ve stayed here 3 weekends in the last month due to my wife’s mother passing 3 weeks ago. . So we are very acquainted with the staff and property - Andrea and Ericka are first class! They are friendly and wonderful people. Their costumer service is the best in Carmel. We’ve stayed at the Hotel Carmichael and the other hotels in the area. "Place was fine. Clean enough. Only complaint was that the pool was cold- maybe 68*. My 2.5yr old only lasted 15-20min before he wanted to be done. "

"It seemed very expensive for what you got. They had a fair breakfast and the evening "meal" but the food isn't very healthy. Decent if you've got kids, but still expensive."

"Property has been kept updated and was in good working order. Quiet and off the highway some, lots of dining options around. Excellent for the price. Just ask them to turn the heat on before you arrive. It was 55 in my room when I walked in. 90 minutes later I'm up to 62. Lol"

"Stayed for a weekend event. Easy checkin and checkout. Elevators smelled horrible but everything else was great for the price. Quiet and convenient. TV was also a bit difficult to figure out but would stay again "
