We were not advised that the hotel had gone out of business. We had to scramble to find a less suitable place to stay at the last minute. There were not many rooms available. Needless to say my wife was very disappointed"

"It was good over all. Got an early checkin which was great and the staff was friendly. I booked it thru Hotels.com and took the booking protection in the event something changed. It did change and I had to leave a day earlier. It might be nice if in the Hotel’s policies it actually states clearly that if you book with a third party partner, Hotels.com, like I did, that you cannot get a refund from the hotel itself if you make changes. "
