"Cute boutique hotel. The room was well appointed, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial. Great location, very close to the Abbey, Parliament, and Big Ben. The underground transportation is close too. "

"Absolutely great location. Had a small issue with the toilet not flushing but by time we were back from breakfast it was fixed Staff really polite and breakfast was superb. Some great bars near hotel as well, only 5 min walk to Tower Hill Station. Highly recommend the hotel and location. Definitely be back. "
