"Another good stay, we originally started staying here for the location (very close to the Albert Hall) but now choose this when we come to London Great friendly service, and the hotel has a lot of character - its not a modern hotel so expect a few quirks and small rooms, but the decor is nice and fitting with the period Room was hot this time, but we could open a window to get some fresh air. "We loved this hotel with its traditional charm.The breakfast was excellent,the room had a beautiful view of the river and the staff we met were particularly warm from the welcome and goodbye from Perves,the porter to the breakfast service and conversation from Gustavo.Both are a real asset to this hotel which certainly made returning for us a must on our next return to London.Thank you"

"The property was super convenient. Buses, underground station and cabs all within a block. Very quiet area, we loved it. Hotel is clean, staff was wonderful and helpful and our room was small but efficient. Would love to visit again!"

"Magnificent building, lobby and bar / breakfast area with fantastic view across to the Eurostar platforms. Staff incredibly friendly and attentive. Rooms in the modern block are clean and comfortable but not as splendid as the old part of the building. Overall, throughly recommended. "
