"We stayed at the beachfront bed-and-breakfast in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida in March 2025. We found the staff to be very pleasant, and helpful. The room and the breakfast area were nice and clean. They were very roomy and pleasing to the eye. The establishment is owned by the hotel next-door. On the other side of the hotel is a mini golf course, that was fun. We found that you can only see the beach from the breakfast area windows on the second floor of that building. "We enjoyed the Kenwood Inn very much. The old english room we stayed had a nice patio area which we used frequently..breakfast was a new experience of flavors, created by their chef..The only thing i can recommend is better pillows and mattress for this room. Otherwise we loved it and will return."

"Booked a room in the main building but since they were replacing the carpeting, was upgraded to a suite in another building closer to the river. It was a very nice room. My only criticism is that, even though no smoking is allowed, the bathroom smelled of old smoke and coffee. "
