The metro was only 15 minutes from the house which was very convenient. Reina was super helpful and kind to let us leave our belongings in the apartment until our train later on in the day. "Property is very nice. The check-in and check-out process was a bit daffy, but instructions were easy enough to follow. Good communication, but very reliant on text messaging. Check-out felt awkward - put the bag with the keys on the kitchen counter, take a photo, text it to us then lock the door on your way out. Must make sure that you have -all- of your personal effects before closing the door! For the most part, I spent the vast majority of my time across the way at the hotel. Company...

"Only issue with the unit is the inability to control the temperature. There is no thermostat. The temperature is controlled by the owner. Had to message the owner several time to have her turn up the heat."

The building itself is gorgeous and the 4 of us had a blast in the game room playing pool, shuffle board and listening to music. The free parking was a bonus and I highly recommend this apartment. "
