"Frontdesk was not aware of the reservation. Though friendly and welcoming not very helpful. Response with host was slow. Unit was clean. Bathroom towels were few, small and inexpensive, No hand towels. Bathroom tissue was scarce for 4 adults for 4 days. There were no Kleenex tissues. There were only 3 drinking glasses total in the unit for 4 adults. Kitchen utensils were few. Ice maker was inadequate."

"The property was clean, updated and well kept. The building is beautiful and has tons of amenities. My biggest issues were the lack of apartment amenities (i.e. not enough towels and washcloths, no oven mitts/potholders) and the parking situation. Anyone who's ever been to the dmv area knows the parking rules are abysmal. And the management company didn't hesitate to capitalize on that. They charge $20 per day, per car which must be paid in full prior to arrival and non-refundable should...
