"This is a lovely hotel just reopened following the refurb after the infamous aquarium in the centre of the hotel shattered a few years ago. Must say the refurb is lovely (the aquarium replaced by a central column). The staff were great and professional and really looked after us. There were a couple of teething problems with the room tv and phone but soon resolved. Breakfast is lovely and the egg dishes off the a la carte are highly recommended! The location is ideal...right in the centre...

"The stellar point of this hotel is they offered the best breakfast. I looked forward to it every morning. Opt for the breakfast and on every floor the hotel offered free reusable water bottles and a water machine. 10/10. No notes. "

"my experience was generally positive. my room was comfortable if a bit sparse and minimalistic. the room rate seemed to be on the high side for the level of comfort but i may be out of date on London prices. the buffet breakfast was just about ok but I would have expected better. I would have expected a better quality offering bearing in mind the cost of the room."
