"Hotel & service was great. The rooftop bar was closed and a shame that there was no signage until we went to it, the downstairs bar was nice though and good cocktails. Not particularly impressed with the spa. I arrived at the spa reception and the staff barely looked up from their computers. When I asked for slippers I was told I had to go back to my room and get them and they would be in the safe. I did this - no slippers, so when I came back, the lady unwillingly gave me flip flops, then...

"This is a 5 star property with a great location. Near attractions and located on a main street (Linden) with numerous shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was very professional, helpful, and personable. Would highly recommend this property to anyone (tourist or business) visiting Berlin."
