"The property and all hotel amenities were great. The staff especially the reception area were not very friendly and had no concierge services. The breakfast staff were nice and so was the spa. The hair salon was over priced and service was not even close to what they charged."

"Our stay good staff friendly and helpful but breakfast not at all good as hot food bar was not turned on food cold cheese sitting out dry not covered even pancake maker off and items cold Irish people look forward to a hot breakfast and food properly cooked not half raw otherwise everything fine when we arrived at 9 so no excuse no butter available all gone night before we arrived 10 pm restaurant closed only sign saying open to 23.00"

"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future!"

"The hotel itself is excellent; however, access is somewhat inconvenient, as guests must transport their luggage (on a cobble road) considerable distance from the car drop-off point to the hotel's door."

"Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Food was brilliant for buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch in lobby bar was great. Reasonable prices. Some items cheaper here than in other bars. Pool was great, very busy at peak times. Had a view of the resort. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Small fridge. Hooks and shelf above radiator to dry ski gear. Loved it here! "

"The hotel offers very good accommodation conditions, we are not talking about luxury, we are talking about functionality. We didn't feel like we were missing anything even for a moment. One recommendation: a little diversity at breakfast would not hurt."
