"Kudos to the staff who were all so kind and efficient. The breakfast had a robust amount of offerings. The hotel is very clean. The hotel interiors, and the room I had, were a little dated. Bath products pretty basic. The room smelled of a plastic-like smell when I arrived. I noticed the stairwell smelled the same so it's just something that's in the building. The windows were lovely and can open so I was able to air out the smell. "

"Comfortable stay near centre of Innsbruck and a short walk to the golden roof and old part of Innsbruck. Friendly and helpful staff at reception but staff in restaurant not as friendly. Good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and nice cooked options. Few minor issues - broken window fitment, shower gel dispenser broken. Would recommend. "

"Lovely stay .hotel very central and clean . I disliked that the bathroom door didn’t have a function to close it .it was glass and just proved a glass barrier with a gap at the side . Duvets were quite small . Staff were very helpful . You could enjoy a very peaceful stay at this hotel."

"We were massively surprised at how lovely this property was. Staff were super friendly, the dining area we didn’t use but they have free coffee all day so used it for that which was a super treat bring coffee lovers. Room was massively spacious, clean we actually loved it. Just down the road from the tram into the city centre which we navigated without any issues. Only downside and this is the same with all European hotels, only English speaking channels on the TV are the news. Hotel is very convenient for the train station and is only a short walk in to the old town. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if i return to Salzburg "
