The staff were so polite, welcoming and helpful with directions, making reservations, anything you needed for a wonderful stay. I would recommend the breakfasts. The breakfast choices were amazing. "When we arrived the check-in process was smooth. However when we arrived to the room it was far from clean. Nightstand had a coffee stain on it and floors were very dusty. Called down to the front desk said they would send someone to clean, so we waited and nobody showed up after 30mins. We were hungry so we stopped by the front desk to ask our way out the door. The receptionist offered us another room instead. Luckily it was just across the hall from our previous room and was much...
