"Things started off bad with a mix up with our reservation. Someone had changed the date for our March checkin to a November checkin date in the Galt House system. Luckily I had the emails and confirmations on my phone showing the correct dates and luckily we stopped by the hotel early that day to ask about a early checkin because they did still have a couple rooms available at that time and were able to accommodate us.
