The owner of the hotel and brother are not sitting back and supervising their staffs, but are contributing their parts to take care of the guests directly. "There is supposed to be no staff at all at this hotel, apart from housekeeping to clean the rooms after you check-out :) Check-in time starts from 3pm (won't work before that), with a QR code you will get after completing their pre-check-in system, they will remind you about that after you made the booking online. They will then give you the room number and password to open your lock of your room. No key basically There is a cafe at the ground floor might help for breakfast or light lunch....

"The room was on the top floor overlooking the lake but the trees blocked most of the view. The size of the room was good and the bed was comfortable. It would have been good to have smaller pillows available in the room. I ended up rolling up a towel to make a smaller pillow. Meals were included in the stay and there was plenty of variety. Only real bummer is that I think I left my Prescription Progressive Glasses in the room and can't get anyone to pick up the phones & check!"

"This is a big and busy resort hotel in a very scenic area. The room was large and well equipped. The staff in all departments were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast and dinner (both buffet style) were of a reasonable quality, although quite monotonous if you are there for more than one night. It is quite remarkable how badly some guests behaved when getting their food - a real “bun fight” at every meal. The restaurant staff were amazing and did everything they could to keep the tables...
