Since we had reserved the cheapest room, our room was quite small, however still offered the necessary amenities and comfort. Russell is a darling town, perhaps the highlight of our trip! "

"We loved our stay, it is a fabulous location and the house is comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. I especially loved the outdoor chairs in several spots around the house, plus there’s everything provided for cooking, washing etc as well. It lived up to our expectations, and more! 6 nights went quickly! I thought I might have problems with the stairs going up the side of the house (bad knees) but thankfully they’re fairly low rise steps so it was fine. Waking up to that view every day and having somewhere to sit and relax and watch the ferry come and go and enjoy watching was heaven. The walk along the shores towards Paihia is also a great activity. The host Delwyn and manager Debbie are wonderful and helpful with everything. Thank you so much."
