"Initially when we arrived it was too early, so we checked in our luggage. Came back at the appropriate time. Was given a room at first with a queen bed. Asked for a king. Went back to customer service can’t remember the gentleman’s name but we were given a room with 2 queens. All was well. We had a great view of the ocean. "

"They offer a free shuttle service that runs frequently to and from LAX, which is a big plus if you have an early morning connecting flight. Also, it was great to have a grille that was open late and offered a variety of takeout options. :) "

"Hotel was great. Check-in was quick and easy. Room and Bed were very comfortable. Parking was most difficult part for us. No nearby street parking and $45 per night for parking garage. Elevators to parking garage levels didn’t seem to be clearly marked and were confusing. "
