"We got room on top floor and I think it was renovated or rebuilt so there was strong paint odor in the lobby but within room we didn’t experience any odor. Overall experience was good and breakfast is decent."

"Hotel is beautiful- the rooms, the lobby. Tried to order room service one morning for breakfast and there was no answer so after I waited and waited just decided to just go down to restaurant to eat but service was quite slow. First time visiting Amarillo and I expected more life around town. The historic district was dead and grimy and a lot of the town is abandoned buildings. The Palo Duro canyon was amazing which is why we traveled to Amarillo so if you want to stay in a beautiful hotel 30...
