"I extended my stay in Ecuador just to stay her 2 evenings. So happy I did! Soaking in the hot springs outside of the room at 3am was divine. I had 3 spa treatments and they were all top! The main volcanic hot springs are super cool and the spa springs are also sweet. Love the jets to massage your back. Definitely a worthwhile visit and will recommend to my friends and hope to be back on day. … cannot fail to mention the Service and Staff are exceptional. "

"Absolutely amazing stay. Unlike any hotel I have visited before with a fascinating back story. We loved wandering the grounds and exploring the hotel. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating, and they offered many activities. We did the cave tour (a must!), the beer and chocolate tasting, the long trail walk, a horseback ride, and a night hike. The food was phenomenal, and they catered to our vegetarian diet. The hot tub was the perfect temperature. More people need to be visiting this...
