"Best hotel in the Otavalo area, with an outstanding view and a very caring service. The fireplace was a particularly nice touch that you don't often find in hotels. While the location and the staff cannot be faulted, the hotel clearly need some renovations in the spa and common areas. Also the rooms could do with a bit more equipment (although the staff did provide everything we asked for). The two local guardian dogs Mia and Tia are incredibly friendly, and the surrounding area is very nice...

"We were so excited to get upgraded to a business suite during our one night stay before a flight. We ate at the restaurant twice for dinner and breakfast and both times were enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean and quiet. Service was good. English was spoken by some. Potable water was available in several locations although none on the floors with the rooms which would’ve been nice."
