"The hotel was conveniently located near the thermal spa and I was able to stay & enjoy until the evening. The area is so picturesque and loved strolling around the shops. The breakfast is great with baked pastries.I can hear the water pipes from adjoining rooms ,it didn't bother me since I brought earplugs. There is no aircon but you can open the windows."

"I wasn't clear from the reservation that the jacuzzi was not open as of yet. I have pain from Fibromyalgia and that was the main reason I chose your Hotel, and paid the higher rate so that was a disappointment. Otherwise, the staff was wonderful, the room was clean with an amazing view, and I would recommend it to my friends and family."

"The location is perfect, right on Lake Como with a private beach. The room is good, bathroom a bit small but convenient. Nice balcony above the water. Because there is no restaurant at the hotel it would be handy to install a mini fridge and a coffee/tea maker. In the nearest village is a supermarket, MD, and everything is very cheap. To the other side is a great restaurant, Onnolulu."
