There is no air conditioning (only a fan in the room), no hangers for clothes or wet towels, only one power outlet in the room (far from the bed), very old faucets, shower, flushing valves, broken window at the bathroom, although there is a table in the room there is no chair to sit on, small TV, nothing in the room beyond the beds."

"Overall a good experience. Breakfast was just above average as was the room. Hot water was lacking, but the view made up for many of the deficiencies. Spectacular. Pedro was a great host, but some other staff were less than friendly. Parking very convenient and walkability to Buzios centro and Joao Fernandes beach was good. Pool was very pleasant."
