"Really nice hotel, the casino downstairs was pretty fun. Close by to major cities and was able to get picked up for a Grand Canyon & Sedona tour since it was a central location. I would do this stay all over again. The renovated pool area and bar were magical - straight out of a magazine for sure."

"I loved my roomand the view. I was celebrating my birthday and front desk gave me a dinner credit. However, the water wss off in the entire hotel. No access to shower, or the ability to flush the toilet. This occurred on 11/5 my birthday. I was unable to shower or freshen up. The hotel didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience "

"Check in was good, hotel room was very basic, and needed some updates, doors scratched up needing repainted, stains on the bedskirt, curtains and lounge chair..stayed 3 nights, did not have housekeeping come in the room but when we went to ask for extra towels were told that they have a towel shortage...swimming area was nice but trees surrounding area were loosing leaves into the pools and hot tub....no continental breakfast, had small items to individually purchase. "
