"Portica 10 is amazing!! The husband and wife who own this beautiful property are wonderful in every way. The little details they have put into every corner as well as into the breakfast are lovely. We truly enjoyed every minute we spent there and highly recommend that you stay here. It is in the heart of the oldest part of Assisi, centrally located to all of the important sites, but all of the amenities in Portica 10 are modern. "The room fantastic, the surroundings lovely and there is potential to be 5/5. However we had two problems body there made worse by temperatures close to 40C. When we arrived here was nobody there to receive us so we were stuck at the gate for 1/2 an hour until I got the attention of a guest by sounding the car horn. Guests finding a number and ringing on cell phones IS NOT an alternative to reception and for us from overseas not an option. Secondly the air conditioning only worked in fan mode...
