"If your in the area , This place is great ! The owners, their family and staff are wonderful ! I was dealing with a small issue , and these people truly cared and tried their best to help me ! I will forever be in debt to them ! The area is safe , a few nice resturants , close to beach and taxis easy to get . The rooms were very clean and comfortable ! I highly recommend this place place . "The hotel rates they charged us were not reflective of the rates on their website. We arrived at 3:00 PM and our room was not ready. It was not available until 5:20, and the staff refused to give us a discount for the hours we didn’t get to use the room. They automatically attached breakfast to our stay, even though we didn’t ask or really want it. The facilities were lackluster at best, with the toilet seat sliding off every time we sat on them and the view being of a Walmart parking lot. "

"Went to make coffee first morning coffee pot was busted, no bottom. No tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel in bathroom and no pool towels, used our bath towels for the pool. We weren’t told that there is a charge to clean our room at the end of our stay, was a complete surprise. Expedia you need to let your clients know of the charge."
