"It’s a cute, clean, little 2 bedroom bungalow with a vintage, fully functional bathroom and a small, yet stocked and organized kitchen. The absolute best part of this rental is the porch with a locking gate and lots of seating. There’s also a shared courtyard, with lots of seating and a fenced in yard for the dogs to use. The owner of the property is willing to do whatever she needs to do to make your stay enjoyable and offers beach supplies to use during your visit."

The back deck and table were a wonderful setting for dinner outdoors. The listing included a pull out queen that was not there, but the host apologized and assures us it has been corrected. "Let me start by saying this place is definitely a Cozy Cottage in so many positive ways. At first my husband wanted a larger place but we have family just down the street so this place just made sense. After staying here, he was grateful I nudged him in this direction. "We (3 adults, 3 children, 2 50lb dogs) had a lovely stay for 4th if July week. The fenced in yard was perfect for dogs. We all enjoyed the screened in porch and swing, ping pong table and outdoor shower. The house was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive and gracious. "The location to the beach was not too far. There was a great breakfast place within walking distance also. The place was clean although the tub and shower could use some updating and the rug could be cleaned. Other than that it was a great vacation as we had an awesome time and have booked again for next year 😎. "
