"The property is right on shopping mall, all 3 levels have restaurants, 5 minutes walking to Baoyang metro station but fr here to East Nanjing st. about an hour, I bought 3 days metro ticket at the entrance costing around $7 US dollar. Too cheap. I booked this place because its just few miles fr Chinese cruise terminal which we booked 6/5 d/n to Jeju island and Japan. Also the manager helped us to printed cruise tickets, thanks for that. "

"Staff at reception gave us a room which was not cleaned (2 night stay in August'19). After speaking to the duty manager this issue was resolved appropriately. Furthermore the location is located a bit off central sightseeing however the property is clean and luxurious. Situated near the metro, just a few minutes walking.
