Catskill home set in the catskill forest preserve.

Custom made house inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright. Sundown has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate six people.
There are two queen beds and one full bed.
Enjoy a moderate hike to Vernooy kill falls. The house is set at a high elevation and offers views of the Catskill mountains.
Sundown is also centrally located to Lake Minnewaska, Stone Ridge, Rosendale, Ashokan Reservoir, Woodstock and New Paltz.
It is on a private community road.
Hard copies of local restaurant menus are in the living room. It is not far from
Gabby's, Paper Mill, and Mill and Main, and Rough Cuts, popular destinations for dining.
There is no fee for access to the Sundown wild forest, which is within walking distance and parking is free. Wifi is available throughout the home.
There is a game room in the lower level.
The house has a walk out basement and a laundry room.
Sundown is on a private community road with a mixture of private homes and many high end arbnb's. Our's is the most affordable.
While the other arbnb's on our community road offer artificial deck space, Sundown boasts a deck and an actual private lawn for outdoor activities.
Sundown also has an outdoor firepit.

An adorable house with lots of unique, old-fashioned furnishings and comfortable accommodations. Very well-located for hiking and all of the other things that the Kerhonkson / Accord area has to offer. Thanks for a great stay.

Off the Beaten Track
Nice little place, pretty far up into the hills. Home is reasonably well-maintained and filled with quirky decor. Note that while it is technically in Kerhonkson, it's about 20 minutes off Rt. 209 into the mountains (VRBO doesn't give exact location until you reserve), so you'll need to allow extra time if you're trying to go into any of the local towns. On the plus side, that puts you out in nature with quick access to some great hiking trails.

Hosts were very communicative. The property was exactly as described. There aren’t really mountain views, but you’re close enough to nearby hikes. The stars were beautiful at night. The property was also clean, except for a little dust around the floor.

Lovely!
Cozy little house in a quiet neighborhood, close to lots of nature. Kind and responsive property owners. Lovely view of stars! Occasional internet and electricity outages but they never lasted longer than a few hours.
