He sat with my husband and I for 30 minutes giving us all of the local recommendations and highlighting 3 different maps. "Stayed for 2 nights with family while visiting Bled. We had originally booked the Rikil Balance (part of the same group of hotels), but it seems when booking, the hotel hadn't anticipated winter, and closed it for the winter season a few months before our trip, thus we were moved to the Hotel Park. It's a well presented hotel with a lovely pool area. Rooms were comfortable and some lovely views across the lake. It's not the quietest of hotels with some loud TV noise coming from an upstairs room...
