"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Great location, short walk from Aldgate East Station. With good links into London. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. We like the kitchen facilities available in the the room. Bed was very comfy. The cafe is very nice. Will definitely be visiting again when staying in London. "

"The property is well maintained. Location is perfect , we were able to walk to quiet a few attractions. I believe we had queen bed in reservation , we got 2 doubles instead which are tucked side by side. Not sure if that is standard practice but that was a little uncomfortable to share. I will give 10 stars for the staff at the front desk and breakfast area, always approachable and responsive. "
